I'm dealing with a huge entitled Slumlord rn and it's so depressing honestly, what horror stories do you guys got in here? Please share them with me so it doesn't feel like I'm being targeted haha
Mine isn't an issue with the owner or even most of the agents of the management company the owner hired (although we've been here 2 years and we've gone through 5 property managers) It's the owner of the management company's family (pretty sure his wife runs everyone off)... It's honestly the weirdest situation and the wife doesn't like me because I've called out the contract violations on her end (and her daughter). She wants him to kick us out so bad but we don't actually have any violations so she can't make him legally evict us. Our lease is almost up and we're planning on leaving anyway, I've had everything documented from the last year so I'm ready to make appropriate contact once I move my children safely. She's still making it quite uncomfortable but I refuse to give her a reason to feel like she's won something.
