Anyone have any advice on how to get back into the creative flow. I’ve just graduated from university about a year ago and I’ve been struggling to get the creative flow I had at uni. I found creating photos/videos so much easier whilst at uni but now working a regular retail job whilst trying to apply for jobs in industry I feel like my work isn’t on par or “industry standard”. Feel free to take a look at my website and lmk what you think: lesliekwallah.com.

I personally think my website at the moment is what’s possibly letting me down on my applications. I like some of my work but it’s not very coherent in the editing styles. I want a clean “commercial look” rather than my saturated look…. I don’t hate it I just don’t think it’ll get me far.

I’ve tried going out and doing personal shoots *which I enjoy, but when I get home and try to edit them nothing comes out of i, I sit for hours going through all the presets I have or manually editing and nothing speaks to me like it did before so easily.

Any advice?

Thanks in advance:)
