So I (21F) have been on Zepbound for 10 weeks now. I have been getting these weird “sulfur” burps. (About 9 days total, like 3 days each time) Is this normal or even if it is should I talk to someone about it

I have also been struggling with massive stomach issues for the last two days. Very bad diarrhea and massive bouts of gas on both ends. Like so much gas my stomach hurts and I woke up in the middle of the night. I have also sadly pooped my pants twice this past week as a result of a fart turning into more than just a fart.

Is anyone else experiencing this?
