Hi! I’m looking for a female UVA student to take over my lease from July 2026–June 2027 at 508 14th Street since I didn’t get in and won’t be living there next year.

Rent is $950/month, and that includes a parking spot in the lot right behind the house.

The house has 8 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The open room is on the bottom floor and comes with:

• A private bathroom
• Direct access to the parking lot
• A separate downstairs kitchen, plus access to the main kitchen upstairs
