I am running into some issues as I apply to jobs that are the same title and grade as my current position. I keep getting a rejection email stating that I don't meet the minimum qualifications, but I don't understand how that is possible when I have been in the identical title and grade for over 2 years. Has anyone else run into this situation when trying to make a lateral move?
