I had a total laparoscopic hysterectomy, bilateral salpingectomy and cystoscopy yesterday. My OBGYN believes I have adenomyosis and my uterus was the size of a cantaloupe.
I just had a few questions based on others experiences:
I am not passing a lot of gas and have not had a bowel movement. When is “average” for the first movement?
How do you keep yourself from doing too much? I went to the grocery store (to get medications and snacks) after leaving the hospital and am struggling to rest even though I’m having pain.
I am a stomach sleeper. Any suggestions? I am sleeping on my side but find I am waking up about every half an hour to readjust.
