What am I?
Purchased on discount from Superstore, it was the only one of its kind left and had no tag. It seemed happy enough so I took a gamble. When I use my look up plant feature on my phone it tells me that it is poison oak 🤦🏼♀️

They are so incredible! I included my hand as a size reference because the blooms are magnificently colossal.
A cute steggy, I took some liberties with the color choices and definitely don’t know that I like the finished product as much as the brontosaurus I made last. Don’t mind the dog hair 😊🤗

I submitted my inland PR application on May 21 (rejected the first time I submitted in November for a mistake at the beginning of the application where I selected Outland and then within the application chose an inland subcategory).
I’m panicking now that I’ve submitted with conflicting categories again and could use feedback and/or a bit of reassurance. I got confused when it provided three subcategory options on IMM1344e: spouse living in Canada, spouse living in Canada - applying under family class, or spouse living outside Canada.
I selected spouse living in Canada - applying under family class.
I live in Oregon and we have the Paid Leave Oregon program, which is separate from FMLA. I went on leave for childbirth at the end of July last year, beginning my PLO, FMLA, and STD. However, my company had fired the head of HR before I went on leave. I was never provided paperwork that certified I began my FMLA. I was contacted by a HR consultant my company hired while I was in the middle of my leave and they asked me to complete the FMLA forms… I realized I couldn’t fill them out and notified her that I believed the company should complete them and actually be providing them to me. At this point I realized my FMLA may not have actually began if I was not served/provided with the required documentation. I formally requested FMLA at the end of my 14 week Paid Leave Oregon period and was promptly fired.
Am I entitled to receive documentation/certification of my FMLA before it begins?
Do I have legal grounds to sue for FMLA interference?

I finally finished a cross-stitch I made for my daughter while I was pregnant. I fell down the stairs in my third trimester and got a tibia and fibula fracture (bi-mal) that resulted in some extra time to contemplate my existence. The inspiration for the project came from my own mother who created one for me while she was pregnant and attending chemotherapy appointments with my great-grandmother. I pictured the one she made for me as well.

I had an avulsion fracture of my fibula and 5th metatarsal, my repeat X-rays 5.5 weeks after the injuries. The image quality is so much higher in the repeat X-rays so I feel my fibula fracture looks much worse in the repeat images.
Does anyone have insights on what these healing bones should look like and/or if these appear to be on track?

My first long-form project. It will be a scroll of sorts to hang from the wall.
