So, I've been experiencing some lag when watching YouTube streams, and it's weird because I thought it was my internet, but my internet is working fine, so I decided to clear my cookies and cache to fix the issue but it was still happening. I closed my browser and re-opened it and it was still not fixed. I, then, restarted my computer and it still didn't fix it. What's weird is that normal videos work fine but live streams don't.
