Posted here last month about moving my financial ops to Claude through MCP and quick update on what happened since.
The corporate card experiment worked. Set up a card through Meow with a $500 daily cap and $100 per transaction limit for recurring stuff like software subscriptions and hosting and Claude handles renewals on its own now and I get a morning summary of what it did. Havent had a single issue with it
The better surprise was bookkeeping. Connected QuickBooks to Claude through MCP alongside the bank and now Claude handles both together and my accountant said the books are cleaner than when I was doing them manually which is either a compliment to Claude or an insult to me Two months in and I cant imagine going back to doing this manually. The time save is real but the bigger win is not thinking about financial admin between tasks anymore. Has anyone jumped into it from my post?
