Salary expectations

Moving from senior Dev to starting a new team with 1 other who has maybe 30 years experience (Vs my 12) currently on 75 base plus 20 bonus. Also discussed about being made director (by current manager) before my move was discussed. How do these moves typically play out? I don't want to hinder current potential promotion but I've verbally been told it actually may help the chances of getting it.

Last question what would be the expectation of pay increase?
