Hey all :) decided to start a fat loss journey (for the 5th time haha). I’m pretty confident I’ll follow through this time, I just have this certainty I haven’t had before- presumably because I’ve gotten as close to rock bottom as I can stand. Anyway, all I really know about weight loss is eat less calories than you burn. I’m using MyFitnessPal so I have my calorie goal set up to lose 2lbs a week, but I wanna focus on overall health because I have high blood pressure and my skin is so bad now. It used to glow. My hair isn’t nice like it used to be either.😞 I’ve been agoraphobic for like 7 years meaning I get NO sunlight, and I want to make up for the vitamins & stuff I’m missing out on for that, and any other nutrients that can help my skin and hair, as well as my severe depression. MyFitnessPal has presets for meal plans, I’m wondering which one I should choose? I’ve heard a lot about how well keto works, but to my understanding it’s not very sustainable. I’m ASSUMING I should just go for the balanced diet route but I figured I’d ask for advice on what “kind” of diet I should try
