Tivo roamio all lights flashing and stuck at welcome starting up screen
I got this tivo from my grand parents so i don’t know much about it, but i think it might be the power supply as i’ve read online. However that weird clicking/ whirring sound coming from inside has me thinking it may be a hard drive? Any advice is much appreciated! thanks.
