UK Visa Approved but e-Visa Not Linking to UKVI Account – Need Urgent Assistance

UK tourist visa for both myself and my mother has been approved. We received the visa approval confirmation and created UKVI accounts for both applicants.
My own e-Visa linked successfully within a few minutes. However, my mother’s e-Visa is still not linking to her UKVI account even after waiting. I use the same email id for myself and my mother.
Our travel date is 23 May, so this is becoming urgent.
Has anyone faced a similar issue?
Is there any way to get the e-Visa linked through VFS, UKVI support, or any other process?
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
