So I graduated highschool in 2016. Since then I have misplaced my diploma but never needed it so never thought of getting a copy. I noticed it’s asking for both diploma and transcripts showing passing grade for algebra 1. I have an official copy of my transcripts and it does indeed have the passing grade, but it also shows that I graduated and received my diploma. Would this be good enough or will I still need the copy of my diploma for the application. This is regarding Ibew 11 btw. I know when I applied for 357 they only asked for the transcripts and not the diploma.

One of the hardest things for me since graduating from my electrician program is actually landing a position. Fresh from graduating 2 years ago I got a job as a maintenance technician for a bowling alley. For the start it was okay, wasn’t much hours but i was working, but not a lot of electrical work. But for these 2 years I’ve applied to almost every position I can think of. From apprentice to helper and I just can’t help to land something actually in the electrical field. I just want to know what should be my next move because i feel like I’ve tried it all. My family is growing and I need to do all I can to take care of them.
