300 hours, and motivation

You hear a lot and AI also warns you that when you have moved to the intermediate stage, there will be an emotional collapse and existential crisis. Suddenly you realize that you really don't know anything, and at first every word is new and the development is huge and exciting, it turns into a situation where it seems like nothing is happening, you start to wonder if anything ever happened.

However, when you browse YouTube, all kinds of videos are now understandable, and there is a huge choice of content. Even if you watch too easy videos, they are still quite interesting and the "Peppa Pig" level has been left behind. You understand the lyrics of the music and get into the rhythm of the poems. The only things at this stage that you need to worry about are endurance, motivation and flow. At this point, you can only win. So the best days are ahead.

Take care of yourself people and big respect for everyone who wants to learn new languages and cultures.

¿Empezar a leer ya a las 300 horas… pero con audio? ¿Genialidad o locura?

Reading is bad for the accent because the "monkey" inside my head speaks Spanish in my L1 accent – I understand it. But there are services where you can read and listen at the same time. Does this change the pattern in any way (Declarative/Procedural Model)?

Reading a book easily activates the analytical mode, hyphenation and pausing, but when the audio carries you along with natural rhythm and intonation, the text begins to take shape as an auditory image rather than a code to be decoded.

What are your thoughts?
