Unepected Weight loss sue to diet change

Hi everyone! I'm a 50 year old male, 5'6. My weight has been maintained at 135-140lb for recent years. My cholesterol numbers have been relatively high (Tc 230, ldl 150) but stable in recent years. I am also pre-diabetic (a1c 5.9). So two months ago I decided to change my diet to hopefully lower cholesterol levels and a1c. The changes include switching 2% milk to nonfat yogurt, white bread to oatmeal, whole eggs to egg white, reducing red meats and increasing chicken and salmon, and less carbs more high fiber foods like vegetables, nuts, and beans. So its basically a low saturated fat and high fiber diet. I have not had my lipid panel tested but my weight has dropped from 136 lbs to 120 lbs in two months! I am sure I am eating enough calories and maintained similar levels of physical activities. The unexpected weight loss is concerning! My wife says I'm too skinny now. Does anyone have similar experience when switching diet habits?
