Taken off schedule for refusing to work over 12. Refused 1767

City PTF

Shitshow of a monday. Returned to the office at 12hr. Refused extra work citing safety and filled out a 1571 and a 1767. Management refused to sign the 1767, and told me not to come in tomorrow and that I was being taken off the schedule. I did get one of the supes to write "refused" on the 1767, and made copies and handed one back to them. Unfortunately there were no union stewards in the office tonight.

Any one else deal with anything similar? Clearly this is retaliation for reporting a safety issue? Obviously going in to speak with a steward tomorrow morning.

UPDATE: Well they decided they are not putting me back on the schedule, and are pulling me in for a PDI on Monday. I also was opted for a hold down, which they are deciding to break to keep me off the schedule.
