I have been allotted bibi fatima hall but have not been accommodated yet. Currently living in a pg. Are students allowed to go inside the hostel to check out the rooms and facilities?

btech classes for first yr students are supposed to start from 3rd aug but admission card is not yet generated? how long does it usually take?
