New to having cycles: is this normal?

Hi everyone! I have insulin resistant PCOS and started taking a microdose of tirzepatide at the beginning of February one month after that began ovulating and now I’ve had two periods since then I wanted to know (since I have no experience with having a period) is it normal to have pain when you poop? I have had pain when pooping and not just before pooping but as the poop is leaving my colon it hurts my uterus area? Before having regular cycles, I have maybe had six spontaneous ones since my early 20s until now.(I’m 29.) and last year I did fertility treatments which forced me to have cycles and I don’t remember any specific pain like this. When looking at my symptoms, endometriosis came up a lot and that feels pretty drastic cause I’ve only had two back-to-back cycles, but I would love anyone’s input thanks!

Edit: would like to add I already have an appointment scheduled with my pcp also my periods since being on the glp have not really been painful but they have been heavier and longer (5-7 days) than I’m used to.
