Weight loss journey, muscle mass gain, and change of facial structure - all that from love of lifting weights. Kinda hated myself and still accepting the way I look now, today I feel a little proud of myself. Bodybuilding requires structure and I like it, my nutrition consists of a balanced whole-foods, high-protein diet and a decent amount of carbs to fuel training and growth. Chewing a lot definitely changed my jawline and helped me with a more masculine look of a face. Starting weight was 128 kilos, then weight loss to 82 kilos and today I'm 93.8 kg.
