So this is my first ever encounter with the Pathfinder system. One of my characters got this debuff. My problem is that although it says it can be removed by a restoration spell or rest, it does not disappear. I tried both lesser and greater spells, a potion of restoration, rest, and a healer. It just sits there with this debuff. Does “PERMANENT” really mean that my main tank has a permanent Strength debuff?
