Looking to move to Greenpoint from Manhattan, however almost 0 apartments under $3800/ month for a 1 bedroom on streeteasy/zillow/apartments.com, any recommendations for local brokers/realtors to see any listings not posted on streeteasy? At this point willing to pay a broker fee to find a good apartment. I have applied for 1 apartment last week along with at least 15 + other applicants and stalking the listings daily but only the same few listings that have been up for months... is this lack of inventory normal... even up to 4k a month there are only a few listings.
