Sorry for the long passage in advance. I’m about a year post grad from a B.S. Program in SLP. I am having issues with my next steps. I’m currently in Louisiana where there aren’t any positions for an SLPA. The state doesn’t recognize the position. I’ve been working in healthcare since about 17 where I’ve gained experience, but I haven’t landed a job post grad that is financially secure. Could someone help me navigate next steps? I’m seriously just frustrated with the trajectory of my life.
