I have this beautiful 32g 14k gold nameplate with diamonds and I just wanted to see how much I could get for it out of curiosity. This guy really told me $700 I laughed in his face then he told me $800 and I laughed harder. Am I crazy or is this a ridiculous lowball?

EDIT: 32G is the total weight of the gold NOT including the diamonds. So no, the weight is not all in the diamonds. Additional weight would come from the diamonds
