So I recently finished my 11th grade track season and this is the first year I started doing hurdles. I came from being a 400/800 guy and now my coach wants me in the 110/400h. I need help creating a training program that I can do over the summer to get as much out of myself as possible since I’m graduating soon. My coach says I should focus on the weight room (I came from mid distance so I need to put on more muscle and explosiveness. I’m also pretty small for my age in both height and weight idk if that matters) but he never gave me a specific program to do so would anyone possibly be able to help me create like a weekly structured program of what I have to do? I really want to compete at a higher level and I’m willing to put in the work but I’m lost.
