Anyone else frustrated by the unavailability of unit dosed products from manufacturers?

Working in a hospital it drastically increases our work load when we have to unit dose package meds, especially since our entire UD system is super outdated and everything has to be done manually. For example, this is becoming a PITA with Diphenhydramine 25&50 being discontinued in UD. Though I do remember the horrors of when Gabapentin UD was on back order(our facility uses ~175 of those a day💀)

Not to mention that our UD packaging does not fit near as nicely in the auto dispensing cabinets like the ones from the manufacturer usually do. 🫠
