I'm in the San Francisco South Bay with 14.5 kW JA solar array and 27 kWh Powerwall 3 in dual primary/secondary configuration so 11.5 kW maximum discharge capacity. I noticed that today, in early afternoon at 1:55 p.m. PT in an essentially cloudless sky, there was a temporary sudden drop to 0 kW production for a few minutes and then just as suddenly it recovered to normal. See chart below. Anyone seen something like this?

System was installed in August 2025 and received permission to export in October 2025. Has been working fine overall. Installer earlier this month said they'd detected a drop in production, came out, and moved the solar array connection from one Powerwall 3 port to another (out of six) saying there had been arcing. They said this is typically due to an insufficiently tight connection and should not be a recurring event.

Then today I noticed this mysterious transient drop in production. I think I've seen that at least once before this week. I've reported to installer, reminding them to consider the previous arcing event. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
