How does seniority at your warehouse based on schedule look like? I’ve been here for a year and I’m the only permanent closer that isn’t in school and even then all closers but me gets rotated out. Most of the people in my hiring group have amazing shifts where they leave right before the door closes or leave at 5 and they’ll have 1 closing shift a week. And we are all front end assistances and they don’t have special shifts like floating or member service. But every single one of my shifts is closing. I can’t tell if our schedule person doesn’t like me or it’s just coincidence?
