Looking to sublet a single room in a three-bedroom apartment on Midvale Avenue over the summer. The sublet would cover the second half of June, all of July, and all of August. I’ll cover the full month of June, so you’d only be responsible for July and August. Rent is $1,450/month, not including utilities. We also have in unit laundry. Looking for a female subletter only.
