Anyone done this shift pattern before? What’s the pros and cons as I’m moving onto it tomorrow, the money pays quite well which is a bonus and any OT is time and a half or double on certain days.

Shifts
Starting to work 4 on 4 off next week 2 days followed by 2 nights then 4 off. Quite good money for both shifts. What’s peoples verdicts on these shifts? I’m looking forward to the 4 days off.
