Chronic hip and back pain

Im starting to feel like I’m genuinely going crazy with the constant pain I have. This might be kinda long with all my history so I apologize for that. Its all relevant though.

I’ve had severe hip pain for 10+ years. 3 years ago I got a hip arthroscopy to repair my labrum tear and FAI. It seemed to help for about 6 months until pain started coming back. Since the initial post-surgery PT I’ve been to PT 3 separate times for it with no improvement. I don’t have the constant stabbing pain I used too before surgery which I guess is good, but I have constant deep achey and pulsing pain deep in my hip and all sides of my hip. It causes my outer thigh to go numb as well. I’m also diagnosed hyper mobile so I’ve been convinced my labrum re-tore since thats more likely with my faulty tissues. Ive had general low back pain for years as well but its been pretty mild.

Fast forward to the beginning of this year I all of a sudden keep having moments when i bend or barely move and my right low back near the si joint “pops” and feels like its being stabbed and i legit fall down half the time. I cant put weight on my right leg and it feels incredibly unstable when this happens. It feels like this and in extreme pain until it “pops” again. Additionally I have nerve issues that are random in my legs and low back. Majority of the time it feels like i have a long tube of rubber going from my si joints down to the bottom of my feet and its not sharp but ive learned from my pt that it still is nerve pain. Sometimes ill have electric shooting and radiating pain down my right and sometimes left legs. I also have incredibly deep aching pulsing pain similar to my hip in my low back constantly. Ive been in PT for it for 5 months now with little improvement other than learning how to get my low back to “pop” and feel better when that weird thing happens.

Separately, yet at the same time and progression of intensity, my right arm and shoulder has been having similar issues with deep pain and nerve problems starting from the brachial plexus region.

All of these things flare up super intensely on my period to the point that with each breath I feel it intensify. I was told i probably have endo given family history and other symptoms (though none of what ive just described) and I’m starting to wonder if this all could be endo. I haven’t had surgery or imaging to see if it’s endo either. I Just got another mri on my low back and arthrogram for right hip again to potentially see why nothing is getting better but i feel like its going to come back normal. Ive also started birth control last month which has made my hypermobility worse but it weirdly made the nerve issues and “pop” thing in my low back mostly go away so that made me really suspicious.

I have pain thats like a 3-6 constantly and deep and achey and it almost feels worse than sharp pain cause I’m so overstimulated and at the point where i feel like I’m genuinely being driven insane by it despite it not being super severe constantly. Im also scared that nothing will be found on mri but also what if its all endo or what if its not? Im just freaking scared and exhausted with it all.

Has anyone else had issues similar to this and did it end up being endo or something not endo-related? I feel like everything i do to try and fix it just makes it worse and Im at my wits end trying to figure this out. Literally any response would be helpful.
