How do you do it? I can barely handle 2-3 clients a month even with a processor. I am on the phone 10 hours a day, between underwriting, buyer realtors, title, clients, seller realtors. I feel if I don’t at the very least communicate almost daily with clients they feel they’ve been left in the dust. How do you guys who do 5 plus deals a month do it without staying on the phone 12 hours a day between all parties involved in a transaction?
