Did anyone else have problems with speech with permanent dentures that didnt have any speech problems ar all with the immediates? The dentist office keep telling me that I just need to practice, but I still think something is wrong that is causing it. Particularly the letter S, but it feels like harder to say any words at all, but the S is the only one you can hear.
