This project requires to use VPN . Is it safe to do that? Would not that lead to ban your account? Has anyone already tried doing such tasks?

Would you mind informing me about this project? Is one single measurement considered as a task (0.53) ? They requested around 12 measurements, does that mean that you will get paid for doing 12 measurements in total (12* 0.53$ = more than 6$ )?
