Looking for 1 or 2 roommates for a 3br/2ba in JP, near the orange line
My roommates of four years are moving out, and I'm looking for either 1 or 2 new housemates to replace them on a 9/1 lease in JP! Preferably late 20s/early 30s, any gender, queer-friendly. The apartment is a 3-bedroom on the first floor of a triple-decker, with in-unit laundry, gas stove, dishwasher, two full bathrooms, built-in closets, and basement storage. Street parking is free, non-permit, and I've never had a problem finding a parking spot. 8-minute walk to the orange line (both Stonybrook and Jackson Square), 5-10 minute walk to a Stop & Shop and a Whole Foods, and ~20 minute walk to Jamaica Pond and the main stretch of Centre Street.
Rent would be $1,650 per person with two of us on the lease, or $1,100 with three. I'd be fine with either, with the perk of a bonus room if we split it two ways. Water is included, gas+electric (electric heating) is usually $50-$150 per month.
I'm male, 30, and work in-office as an engineer; outside work, I love baking, crafting, board games (and DnD), and hiking! I'm generally pretty quiet and reserved as a roommate, and I like keeping the home clean, so I'd very much like people who feel the same. I don't currently have any pets, but cats would be very welcome.
