Hi Berliners,

In your opinion, what do you think can be done(realistically) to make Berlin more neat & tidy?
I've been here for some years now and everytime I travel to other cities in Germany, I wonder where we are getting it wrong in Berlin. Population obviously can't be the excuse.
what can be done?
