Marienstift vs. Celler Straße for birth — experiences/advice?

Hi everyone! 😊
I’m currently deciding between Marienstift and Celler Straße for the birth of my second baby and would really appreciate hearing about your experiences with either hospital.
My pregnancy has been uncomplicated so far, hoping it stays that way and I hope to have a minimum intervention birth.
I’m particularly interested in:
Family rooms: How easy is it to get one? I’d really love for my husband to be able to stay overnight and sleep there with me and the baby, especially the first night.
English: My German is only around A1, so how well did you find the staff/midwives communicated in English?
Midwives: How friendly, supportive and attentive did you find them during labor and afterwards?
Overall experience: How was the atmosphere, care, postpartum support, breastfeeding support, etc.?
For those who have experienced both hospitals, which one would you choose and why?
Anything you wish you had known before choosing one over the other?
This is my second birth, so I have a general idea of what to expect, but I’d really value recent personal experiences—especially from anyone who had a family room and/or needed to communicate mostly in English.
Thank you!

EDIT: I did attend the info sessions for both hospitals, they both seem very similar in care as far as I could tell. Except for Cellar Str having the NICU and Marienstift being newer.

PSA: Tip for Driving License in Braunschweig

For anyone who is looking to get a drivers license in Braunschweig, this is one of the things that might help - watch online driving test videos to get in the exam mindset, specifically the Braunschweig routes. I will preface by saying I am an experienced driver, been driving the manual since I was 21 years old. I have driven in India (right hand) for 2 years and then in the US for 10 years and in Germany for 6 months, until I could with a foreign license. So, I know driving, parking, traffic etc and yet I failed the test twice before finally passing!
My first fail was because I missed a speed limit change sign from 100 to 80 on the highway.
Second time didn’t look around and slow down at a pedestrian crossing(even though there was no one).

My instructor was also a bit useless, he didn’t explain much about the test prep which I only realized after going through the other videos online after the second failure. I did 7-8 times 1.5 hour classes of driving around with minimal feedback and when I asked for a test, he was quick to agree to set a date.

For experienced drivers the test is 100% about scanning the signs thoroughly and knowing all the trick areas around Braunschweig and just being in the driving test mindset throughout the test.
My instructor and the examiner were extremely chatty during all the exams which honestly doesn’t help!

It covers major routes and many tricky areas!

All the best! Cheers!
