I hate food and beverage.
I’ve been working at target for about 2 months now and all I can say is this has to be probably the worst position they could have given me when I received a call about a job offer. I work 8am-3pm and today was probably me considering to just flat out quit. FDC comes by and I already put back 3 heavy metros in the cooler like my TL had asked me and I’m already tired because he lets everyone scan and put stuff in the metro while I’m the only one who has to put it back where they belong, and so he told me to put this produce U-Boat in the cooler and sure because I wanna be helpful, right as I’m getting to the cooler I slip accidentally because SOMEONE didn’t wanna put a wet floor sign and so the POG TL calls for my TL and 2 of my co workers to clean up this mess that all the produce got to and I’m already embarrassed and apologizing because this one random co worker saw and the Fulfillment TL saw as well and so I’m already feeling like I just wanna quit because the embarrassment was on a whole another level and my TL says we’ll talk about it later and after right as I was pushing this dry U-boat the POG TL was trying to make me feel ashamed or bad that I made a mess which was like ??? And now I’m just considering quitting after this shift as I’m typing all this on my 30.
(Sorry for the long rant I’m just tired of the bs I get and this is just one bad thing that has happened throughout my 2 months of me working here.)
