Low/Mid 80s vs Low 90s on West End Avenue

Hi, my family (me, my wife and our two kids) are looking at apartments on West End Avenue. Based on a lot of the feedback from this board and our time in the area, it seems like West End is ideal since there are no buses, you're only 1 block away from 1/2/3 (better for us than the CPW subways) and Riverside Park might be the most underrated asset in the entire city. We also like that the lack of retail on the block means it's quiet and I don't think we've seen a single homeless person on the block. There's not a ton of inventory, but we've seen some stuff we like in the mid 80s (83th-85th) and also in the low 90s (92nd-94th). We're a little torn on location because the 90s has better access to the express train, but my wife thinks the 80s on West End is the perfect location cause Broadway is better there and Amsterdam has a lot more stuff closer. I don't really see much of a difference in these two locations because it's all a relativelyt short walk anyway, but not sure if I'm missing something in evaluating the two locations. Thanks!
