Are kids vitamins even worth it if they eat pretty well?

My daughter is one of those rare kids who actually eats a pretty balanced diet. She'll eat fruit, most vegetables, eggs, chicken, and generally isn't very picky. We still give her a multivitamin, but sometimes I wonder if it's actually doing anything or if we're just wasting money. For parents with good eaters, do you still use vitamins?
