Hey all if you need a place to live for 2027 school year we have a place open in Jefferson Commons! It's close to e-way and there's a total of 3 of us confirmed here and we just need a 4th person. Rent is 1k per month (even including parking), we are all friendly and like to do our own things here as well, the place has a living room, big kitchen + dining area! It has two bathrooms for each of the two rooms that are closest to it, and please reach out if you're interested or wanted to ask more questions!! There's currently 3 girls living here, and just need a 4th one before school year starts due to rise in rent for the 3 of us🥀🥀(I just moved in for the summer + school year but I love it here so far and it's very beneficial for me bc I'm in engineering and it's only like a 10 min walk from e-way 😛😛)
