I haven't posted a update for a while so I just wanted to share an update of my rally collection. I think one of my next goals will be to add lighting into the shelf but still very happy with how it looks now.
Hi , First time posting here. I am in the process of buying a house under a buy to let mortgage with a sitting tenant. I have been asked this of my solicitor. I have asked them to explain it in simple terms but am getting nowhere with them. If anyone here could help , that would be amazing. Thank You.
P.S the tenant is staying after the house is sold.
Please ask them to confirm that they will on completion serve notice on the tenant under Sections 1 & 2 of the Housing Act 1988. Please confirm that following completion you will forward a copy of the receipted notice to us.
