I watched an anime a while ago and I only remember this one scene. There was a guy i think with blue hair, the school was doing a festival and the class did a maid cafe. I think either one of the girls didn't want to do it or wasn't there so he became a girl and was a maid. His friends came in and he had to serve them and then he heard them chatting shit and trying to hit on him so he framed one of them for being a perv i think he poured a drink on another one. PLS HELP.
