Any advice for my workout routine? I do UL and would like to stay away from deadlifts. (Had a back injury when i was younger and work out a PF)
To give context to my workout, i am training for general athleticism and strength. I play basketball 1-2 times a week and do core and balance exercises on my off days.
Upper Body
All 3 sets of 10
Variable Curls (standard, hammer, then preacher)
Shoulder Press
Chest Cables (low to high flys)
Unilateral Tricep Push Down
Cables Rows
Assisted Pull-ups
Lower Body
All 2 sets of 10, then hold for 30 secs
Quad Extension machine
Hamstring Curl machine
Hip adductor machine
Hip abduction machine
All 3 sets of 10
Front Squats
Side Lunges
Front Lunges
Step-Ups
Kettlebell Swings
Calf Raises
