Found this in my apartment. Need help identifying.

Saw this guy run across the floor of my apartment. It looks to me like a cockroach and the Google image AI thing said it was a german roach. I’ve heard that where there’s one there’s twenty. I just moved in to this place a little over a month ago, so moving out is less than ideal.
I had just poured some boiling water (in addition to Draino prior) down the kitchen sink a minute or so before seeing him. Any chance he crawled out of there? He was moving away from the front door, so he may have also crawled under there. I’ve seen two other roaches (both dead and surrounded with ants) outside my apartment complex in the past few days. One was clearly American, and the other I couldn’t see in the dark.
My apartment is on the second floor a two-story motel style apartment. I saw it around 7:30pm with the lights on, if that’s any indication of the severity.
