Let's say someone started a small hat business..Not me, it might look like I have too much free time.. but I'm actually busy.. Anyways, They're printing stickers online to place on their products..Now the question is.. they're offering this one.. it's just a photo of what they're using.. Can they legally use it or since it is a small business and it's being sold.. It's in the frowned upon category for me.. Private use I can see it as passable.. but commercial use ??? Anyways, American paralegals or lawyers want to weigh in and make this conversation interesting
