Help - am I a bad teacher 😭

Help!! I’m new to teaching, my course definitely lacked depth but I just feel like I’m no good at holding the room, I feel like I’m either talking too much or everyone’s bored at times, I second guess my music or if anyone is even enjoying it, I struggle with my tone and really zoning in, sometimes I feel less engaged and find it hard to get into the ‘zone’, and I struggle teaching complicated moves and having clear cues. People are probably bored of my basic classes. My mentor said classes can feel flat.

Is this normal to begin with or am I just a crap teacher 😭😂

Appreciate the help.

Responsive hero images

Ok so I’m new to framer, how the hell do I create a clean, responsive hero image, below the nav bar, with responsive text either in the middle or left side.

For the life of me I’m struggling with the text/getting the image below the nav bar and not starting from the top.

Appreciate any help!

Any tips on how to sequence to build up to an exercise?

Hi,

Any tips for new instructors on how to plan a class/sequence it to build up to something?! This isn’t how I’ve been taught but my mentor suggests, and it’s nice for the class to feel like it’s going somewhere.

Do you just prep the body for a certain move by working similar muscles etc?

Hi,

My mentor is telling me to think of an end goal and how to build up to it / build the class up to this one point but I’m really struggling with how?

Hi all, I’m a new instructor and have got a mentor, she keeps saying I need to show more personality in my classes and a couple of clients have given feedback that my classes feel flat?!

I really don’t know how to do so and now feel overwhelmed with how to improve! Appreciate any tips or tricks.

Thanks!
