Playing Minecraft Manhunt, But the Hunter Vanished
One day, I was playing Minecraft Manhunt with my friend, but he suddenly got lost, even though he was the hunter.

There is one specific, infamous video she made that perfectly exposes her deceptive tactics. She filmed her own kindergarten-aged daughter shouting at the camera, "Mom, I want to kill these monsters!" Immediately after, she used eerie filters, acting completely heartbroken, and accused Minecraft of being an "extremely violent game" that poisons young minds. It’s absolutely ridiculous. She purposefully twisted standard in-game PVE elements (fighting generic skeletons and zombies) into real-world violent tendencies, just to fear-monger parents and exploit her own child for rage-bait traffic. To this day, she has never apologized for this blatant manipulation.
Body:Hi everyone,I know it’s already 2026, and a lot of things have moved on, but there is an issue within the Chinese Minecraft community that has never been properly resolved. I am writing this because accountability matters, and we should not let malicious content creators get away with destroying a gaming community's reputation just for profit.Back in 2024, a controversial Chinese parenting influencer known as "Jiayi's Mom" (佳一媽媽) launched a massive, coordinated smear campaign against Minecraft on platforms like Bilibili and Douyin (TikTok). For those who aren’t familiar with her tactics, she essentially used Minecraft as a scapegoat. She created videos with heavily edited, eerie special effects and completely fabricated narratives to brainwash parents into believing that Minecraft is an "evil, addictive game that ruins children." She even went as far as trying to organize a petition among parents to ban the game entirely. Her motive was glaringly obvious: rage-baiting for clout and traffic. By manufacturing conflict between parents and young gamers, she gained massive exposure. She vilified a game that teaches creativity, teamwork, and logic, turning it into a monster in the eyes of the public. While the Minecraft community fought back fiercely with fact-checks and debunking videos, she simply chose to ignore the truth. She deleted comments, blocked critics, and swept everything under the rug once the hype died down.To this day, she has never posted a single apology video. No accountability. No remorse. She simply reaped the financial benefits of her rage-bait, permanently damaged the public perception of gaming for many households, and moved on.Time shouldn't wash away bad faith actions. The reason I am posting this now is to remind everyone—especially the global community—how easily our beloved game can be weaponized by grifters. We should never forgive or forget creators like "Jiayi's Mom" who step on gamers' dignity for a paycheck. What are your thoughts on influencers weaponizing games like this? Has this happened with media in your country as well?
