I think there should be some sort of punishment system for people that leave a ranked match , like not being able to play ranked for a day or a few hours

Why matchmaking not working properly?(takes more than 20min , i usually switch to unranked after frustration)
Im in us server btw ,wonder if anyone else have the same problem
