I'm just generally curious why most departments who are neighboring each other don't get along? Is it usually a admin thing where chiefs don't get along? Why is it they never do multi agency training's but will still respond to each other's mutual aid needs? As a firefighter it concerns me that these kind of unresolved issues can put the communities we serve at risk.
